which also operates Jack London's Grill and Taproom in Carmel.
The Catering Division is proud to introduce a new manager,
Shon Dubnoff, who comes to us with a powerful resume
in the food and beverage industry on the Monterey Peninsula.
For the last 20 years, Shon has worked at every level of service
in the some of the finest dining houses in Carmel, PG, and Monterey.
He has experience catering from white tablecloth to outdoor BBQ.
He will be your liaison to a memorable culinary experience
should you choose Jack London's to provide food, beverage
and service at your scheduled event.
